BUSKERS? Never heard of such a thing? Busker festivals are rather uncommon in the United States, although many are held in Canada, and buskering is very common in Europe and other parts of the world. A busker is not to be confused with a panhandler, as they do not approach people for money. Instead, buskers often “pass the hat” and leave the reward up to audience.
